Returns & Cancelations

  • If there is any problem, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • We want you to be happy with the purchase you have made! We will work with you on returns but please know that we can only take back items that have been damaged in shipping or are not what was agreed upon. When returning an item, customization makes it impossible for us to sell again and therefore in most cases, the payment will not be returned.

  • When creating a custom item, we will communicate and send pictures as we go. We ask for the full payment after all of the details have been agreed upon. If for some reason, you need to cancel, we will keep an agreed upon percentage and will refund the remaining amount.

  • If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly. Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Payment

  • We accept Credit/Debit cards through PayPal. You will be taken offsite to PayPay to complete your purchase.

  • The payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item will be shipped. Please contact us if you are having trouble with payment and we will do what we can to help.

Shipping

  • We use recycled shipping materials as much as possible.

  • All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of payment, unless it is a custom order. The timing on custom orders will be determined in our communication with you.

  • All packages will be sent via UPS.

  • If the shipping address is different from the address provided through the payment process, please contact the seller prior to payment. If no special instruction has been provided, we will send the order to the address provided through the payment process you choose.

  • If shipping international, please be aware that although uncommon, customs can delay packages up to 6 weeks. Buyers will be responsible for all duty and tax fees if these apply.

  • Custom orders are welcomed – we truly enjoy making our designs special and personal! Many of our items will have information on how they can be customized, but it you don’t see what you want, let us know. Please contact us with what you have in mind.
